1. Ms. Linh – Founder & CEO
As the visionary behind HLC Hair Vietnam, Ms. Linh is more than just a business owner—she’s a leader with a mission. With over a decade of experience in the hair export industry, Ms. Linh launched HLC with the goal of offering high-quality, ethically sourced Vietnamese hair to clients around the world.
She oversees everything from supply chain management to brand development and is personally involved in maintaining strong relationships with donor communities, ensuring ethical practices and product authenticity.
Her passion for empowering women—both in Vietnam and among her international clients—is the driving force behind the company’s values and vision.
2. Mr. Kien – Operations Manager
Efficiency and quality control are the heart of our production, and Mr. Kien ensures both run smoothly. With a background in logistics and operations, he manages our factory floor, supervises inventory, and oversees daily workflow to make sure every order meets our standards.
From organizing shipments to troubleshooting delays, Mr. Kien plays a vital role in keeping our supply chain reliable and responsive.
3. Ms. Hoa – Head of Quality Control
When it comes to raw and virgin hair, quality is everything—and Ms. Hoa is our expert. With sharp attention to detail and years of experience in hair grading and selection, she leads the team that inspects every bundle.
Her job is to ensure that the hair is cuticle-aligned, clean, unprocessed, and consistent. Nothing leaves the factory without her stamp of approval.
4. Ms. Mai – Customer Relations & Sales Executive
A familiar name to many of our repeat customers, Ms. Mai is the friendly, knowledgeable voice behind most of our customer interactions. Whether you’re placing your first order or managing a large wholesale deal, Ms. Mai ensures a smooth and transparent experience.
She’s fluent in English, quick to respond, and always ready to go the extra mile to support our clients—especially hair vendors, stylists, and salon owners.
5. Factory Team – The Hands Behind the Craft
Our production wouldn’t be possible without our hardworking factory team, who are responsible for cleaning, sorting, wefting, and packaging each bundle with care. These skilled technicians—many of them women from local villages—are trained to handle hair gently to maintain its natural beauty.
